Anthony Mole served as a police officer for 30 years as an investigator leading teams of detectives and specialist services for major incidents, serious and organised crime and terrorism. He retired as the Head of the North West Counter Terrorism Unit in 2017.
Anthony provides independent expertise overseas delivering strategic advice and mentoring in relation to leadership, organisational change, counter terrorism strategies and intelligence/threat assessment strategies. He has a degree in Law (Bachelor of Laws 2004 University of Central Lancashire). He is also a member of the International Leadership in Counter Terrorism Group (LinCT) and a graduate of the 2014 international programme.
