Rose Partners has a pool of highly-qualified and experienced professionals with the range of skills to support government capacity building programmes and government funded projects.
Our dynamic approach enables us to build expert teams tailored to suit client requirements with the capability to support public-sector capacity building and organisational reform programmes.
We are currently engaged in a programme of strategic support to the Ministry of Interior in a region of North Africa.
This long-term project requires us to work closely with the Minister of Interior and senior ministry personnel to assess the structure of policing in the country and provide training and ongoing support to implement change. The project includes a particular focus on counter-terrorism and crime, the combatting of illegal migration, including people trafficking, and the management of the country’s large stockpile of unexploded ordnance.

We consult closely with governments to build world-leading, expert teams with correct specialist skills required for a tailored approach and solution provision.
We understand the importance of adhering to international and national standards, addressing our own employment practices, project delivery processes, service and building standards, data protection, and monitoring and reporting.
We put the client’s requirements at the forefront of everything we do, and our expert delivery ensures transformational outcomes.
