Rose Partners was tasked by an international NGO to conduct an independent Strategic Risk Assessment to facilitate their proposed activities in western Libya.

The purpose of the Strategic Risk Assessment was to provide strategic security advice to the organisation’s and international financial donors’ senior management to inform decisions on a possible deployment to Libya of senior advisors and scientists.

Rose Partners conducted a comprehensive Risk Assessment to identify those strategic risks that could significantly impact the organisation’s ability to achieve its objectives.

Our team identified options in order to mitigate the identified risks applying ALARP principles and a Cost-Benefit Analysis to identify the most risk-averse and cost-effective treatment options. This included recommendations to cover their head office operations, logistics, transport options and security posture to support the client’s activities in western Libya.
