Rose Partners was contacted by an international treaty-based organisation to conduct a security risk assessment of Western Libya, to assist in the preparation of a major report for donors and to support planning for potential deployment to the country.

Rose’s team in Libya provided a timely response to the client’s initial request for support and, once contracted, set about their task in a no-nonsense manner and with a clear understanding of their needs. The team set up an initial planning meeting and asked pertinent questions to better understand requirements and followed up with periodic update briefings that ensured effective coordination. The end product was delivered on deadline and our analysis and insights provided the client with quality information that ensured its report to donors were relevant, current and fact-based.

Throughout the contract period, the client’s staff were impressed with the depth of the Rose Partners Libya team’s knowledge and experience. The risk analysis and recommendations contained in their security risk assessment will form a cornerstone of the client’s future program planning for Libya.
