We Are Looking For:

Rose Partners are looking for exceptional, experienced staff to join our team. We are recruiting Security Officers at an operational level to help us deliver world class services at the UN Climate Change Conference, COP 26, in Glasgow during October and November 2021.

As a member of the Rose team, you’ll help to protect this high profile event and join a company that offers excellent remuneration, support and ongoing opportunities for rewarding work.

Important information

  • Place of Work – Glasgow
  • Length of contract – likely to be 14 days, some may be longer
  • Work rota: 3 days, 3 nights then 3 days leave
  • Full welfare provided on leave days
  • Each shift is 13 hours, including travel
  • Opportunities for bonus payments and overtime
  • £11 per hour
  • Uniform provided at no charge
  • Accommodation and meals provided at no charge
  • Free transportation to Glasgow
  • Additional training to enhance role and skills as required

Requirements

  • Hold a current SIA Licence, Security Officer or above
  • Hold a minimum of Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate
  • Have a checkable employment, unemployment or education history for the last 3 years
  • Provide your residential address(es) for the last 3 years
  • Hold and be able prove your right to work in the UK
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English if not your first language
  • Have completed SIA Top Up training as required
  • Smart appearance
